Refunds/Exchanges 
We do not offer refunds due to sanitary reasons. We only replace regular priced items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BrendakayBeauty@gmail.com

Sale items are final sale.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping times may vary depending on the location where the item is being shipped.

We suggest using a shipping service with tracking services for all your returns to ensure they are received by us.
